  • How does it work?

    Switching to prepaid

    If you have used your monthly data or minutes quota, you automatically become a prepaid client. This means that when the quotas are used within the billing cycle, you can top up your core balance with Chippie prepaid credit to continue using the service.

    Using your data

    On the first day of every month you will receive your new quotas of data, minutes & SMS. If you use all your data before the end of the month, you can add 1GB of extra data for only $4. Activation is simple by SMS. Just make sure to have sufficient prepaid credit & SMS the command DM to 3636. From this moment on, the prepaid terms and conditions apply to your service. On the first day of the following month, you will receive a new quota of data, minutes & SMS, including any remaining balance of the credit on your prepaid account. Any remaining data, minutes and SMS messages from your previous month cannot be carried over to the next billing period. This means that any unused units will be forfeited.

    Using your minutes

    On the first day of every month you will receive your new quotas of 550 minutes monthly & 500 SMS. Of the 550 minutes received, you can use a maximum of 50 minutes to call other local operators and select international destinations. 500 minutes are available for on-net use; meaning calls to other Chippie numbers. If you use your available minutes before the end of the month, you can continue calling based on our affordable per-minute prepaid rates. On the first day of the following month, you will receive a new quota balance of data, minutes & SMS, including any remaining balance of the credit on your prepaid account. Any remaining data, minutes and SMS messages from your previous month cannot be carried over to the next billing period. This means that any unused units will be forfeited.
  • Terms & Conditions

    Plan rates are based on a 1- or 2-year contract.

    Minutes

    Your monthly minutes quota includes a total of 500 calling minutes to call other Chippie numbers and a total of 50 minutes to call other local mobile numbers, landline numbers or international destinations.

    International calling

    International calling destinations (fixed and mobile) are: USA, The Netherlands, France, Puerto Rico, Canada, Colombia, Venezuela, & Dominican Republic.

    Out-of-plan usage:

    Chippie prepaid rates will be applicable.
